Marcin Tadeusiak
The Chairman of the Management Board
Marcin Tadeusiak graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In addition, he graduated from the postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation, as well as the management accounting. He participated in a number of training courses and workshops on personal and business development, including, inter alia, two cycles of training organized by the Harvard Business Review and the Canadian International Management Institute: the Academy of Strategic Leadership and Management. Since 2006, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board, as well as the initiator of the key changes and transformations of the company and the originator of its strategy.
Dorota Wielgos
The Proxy, the Director of Operations
Dorota Wielgos is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. In 2002-2004, she expanded her business knowledge and managerial skills during the postgraduate studies Executive MBA at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology (the program carried out by the accreditation of schools of management in France-HEC Paris, the UK-the London Business School and Norway – the Norwegian School of Economics). She gained more than 15-year management experience in the managerial and directorships posts in the operational areas in such corporations as Curtis International INC, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa S.A. (T-Mobile network operator) and Alcatel e-Business Distribution Sp. z o.o. (now Dimension Data Polska Sp. z o.o.). Dorota Wielgos has been working in JT S.A. since 2011, and she currently occupies the post of the Proxy and the Director of Operations.

Krzysztof Wojtczak
Quality Control Director / Management Board Represantative for Integrated Management System
Krzysztof Wojtczak is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery, majoring in Mechanics and Machine Construction, and Production Engineering, majoring in Management. After graduation, in 2007, he started working at the Passenger Car Factory in Warsaw as a Body Construction Technologist in the Production Engineering Department. In the years 2008-2011 he was working at P.R.I Pol-Aqua S.A. in the Fuel Construction Division, where, as a Quality Assurance System Specialist, he was responsible for the functioning of the quality management system in welding in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 3834-2 standard. Since January 2011, a graduate of a course organized by the Welding Institute and a certified International Welding Engineer IWE. Since August 2011, he has been associated with JT S.A. as the Head of the Quality Control Department and the Representative for IMS. Since 2015, a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, majoring in Environmental Engineering. He is authorized to design and manage construction works in the installation specialty in the field of water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation and gas networks, installations and devices without restrictions. Since 2020, IPMA-D Certified Project Management Specialist. He has authorizations and competences as a lead auditor according to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. In June 2021, he took up the position of Quality Control Director.
