The Chairman of the Management Board
Marcin Tadeusiak graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In addition, he graduated from the postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation, as well as the management accounting. He participated in a number of training courses and workshops on personal and business development, including, inter alia, two cycles of training organized by the Harvard Business Review and the Canadian International Management Institute: the Academy of Strategic Leadership and Management. Since 2006, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board, as well as the initiator of the key changes and transformations of the company and the originator of its strategy.
