In connection with the work on the modernization and expansion of the national gas transmission system as part of the Baltic Pipe Project, on 9th June 2021, we started another important task at the Gas Compressor Station in Odolanów, installation of:
- two compressor units, a compressor and a gas turbine, by Solar Turbines MARS 100 with a capacity of 10 MW, with a total weight of about 80 tons,
- two exhaust stacks with a height of 14.5 m and a diameter of over 3 m.
Each machine was transported separately. Using a Demag Cranes & Components AC650 crane equipped with a superlift, they were placed on the foundations.
